Northampton Armed Forces Day

This year’s Armed Forces Day will be a special for 118 REME as they celebrate the 50th anniversary of their creation by exercisin their Freedom of Northampton by marching through the town

The parade begins at 10.30am and The Mayor and Lord Lieutenant will take the Salute on Wood Hill.

Following the speeches the parade will be dismissed and vehicles will make their way down to Clare St

Community activities will continue on the Market Square, including street performers, stage performances, armed forces support agencies until 3pm.
