Swadlincote Armed Forces Day

The sixth annual Swadlincote Armed Forces Day is organised to raise awareness for Swadlincote and District Royal British Legion and the Poppy Appeal as well as celebrate the work of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces.

A number of Armed Forces and community information stalls will be onsite, together with local cadet units.
These include: 4 Mercian, 159 Royal Logistics Corps and 104 Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers of the Army Reserve, Swadlincote Army Cadets, 1211 (Swadlincote) Sqn ATC and Burton Sea Cadets.
