Sobraon Barracks Army Reserve Centre
Built in 1881, Sobraon is one of our most elegant venues in the East Midlands, located in the historic and charming city of Lincoln, but has been updated to ensure disabled access.
We now also have a brand new £2.2 million pound project build that has been built to improve our facilities at Sobraon Barracks, Lincoln. The new garages provide a state-of-the-art environment for the vehicle servicing central to the work of 160 Transport Squadron, an Army Reserve Squadron which is part of 158 Royal Logistic Corps. But in addition we have a state of the art gymnasium and generous sized classrooms ideal for training and learning.
The hall benefits from a beautiful parquet floor, has an optional internal marquee, and is incredibly spacious. Other facilities include a professional kitchen for outside catering use, and classrooms (with audio visual equipment available on request). This venue is ideally suited for a variety of functions including conferences, meetings and staff training to name just a few.
