A new documentary offering viewers a greater insight into what makes East Midlands Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (RFCA) an integral partner to Defence is being released today.
Titled ‘Inside RFCA’, the series contains three bite-sized episodes, each exploring a key strand of the organisation’s vital work.
In the first episode, available to watch on YouTube, the audience follows the Head of Estate as he meets stakeholders on the eve of a major transformational estates project beginning at Clare Street Army Reserve Centre in Northampton.
The episode shows the scale, complexity and positive impact of maintaining and developing modern training facilities for the Reserve Forces and Cadets.
Over the next few weeks, further episodes, all of which have been produced in-house, will showcase the behind-the-scenes work of our Professional Support Staff during an Army Cadets Fieldcraft Exercise and how the Engagement Team’s strong employer relations encourage a ‘whole-of-society’ approach to Defence.
