Carlton Army Reserve Centre

This 1930s Army Reserve Centre boasts a large sports hall, marked out for basketball, football and volleyball, a professional kitchen, and a function room. Audio-visual equipment is also available as part of hiring agreements.

The site has ample secure parking and classrooms making it ideal for staff training days and meetings where delegates travel from further afield.

A customer who hired the venue for a filming location said: “The Alternative Venues team were fantastic. They assisted at every phase of our location hunt and during the shooting of our music video. Without their professionalism and timelines we would never have secured the perfect location for our shoot. In the future, I’ll definitely recommend them and approach directly when looking for specific locations that are unique and production-friendly.”
